When should I perform my testing?
It is recommended to have your test done around the same time each day and preferably before meals or drinking excessive fluids.
How often should I do composition testing?
If you are actively changing your lifestyle or medications to help with weight loss it is recommended monthly. For those that want to monitor the maintenance of their bodies, every 3-6 months is optimal.
